Small business owners now have one more tool to help them run more efficient and effective companies.
Zoho, a global tech company with over 45 apps in nearly every major business category, announced their launch of Bigin, a new pipeline-centric CRM software designed specifically with small and micro business owners in mind. According to the company’s press release, “Bigin makes keeping track of customers so much easier. Plus, it is the cheapest on the market at just $7 per user per month!”

What I like most about Bigin is that small business owners can strengthen relationships with their customers and do so at a reasonable monthly cost. Bigin is designed ideally for companies that haven’t yet benefited from the features of a CRM solution. Now, they have a tool to harness the data they collect from customers.
According to Raju Vegesna, Chief Evangelist at Zoho, “We created Bigin to help small businesses achieve maximum growth with a minimal learning curve. Using the product, small businesses are able to stop relying on dozens of spreadsheets to manage customer activities and instead move to a CRM that is easy to use and allows them to focus on growing and building strong customer relationships.”
One other note from the Zoho press release, if Bigin customers eventually outgrow the product, they can always upgrade to Zoho CRM. It sounds like a good plan to me.
